This Privacy Policy describes how SavageLAB ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you interact with the SavageLAB Telegram Bot ("the Bot"), an AI-powered service that generates AI images, videos, and adult/NSFW content within Telegram.

This Policy applies only to the Bot. Use of the SavageLab website is covered by a separate Website Privacy Policy. Use of the Telegram platform itself is governed by Telegram's own Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information from Telegram

When you start the Bot, Telegram automatically shares certain account information with us, including:

• Telegram User ID.
• Username (if set).
• First name and last name as set on your Telegram profile.
• Language code.
• Whether you are a Telegram Premium user (where exposed by Telegram).
• Profile photo (only if you actively send it to the Bot).

We do not receive your phone number or email address from Telegram unless you explicitly share them with the Bot.

2.2 Information You Provide to the Bot

• Prompts and inputs — the text prompts, settings, and any images, videos, or other media you send to the Bot to generate content.
• Generated Content — the AI-generated images, videos, and other media produced in response to your inputs.
• Payment information — when you purchase credits or subscriptions, payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., Telegram Payments, Stripe, cryptocurrency processors). We receive transaction confirmations but do not store full payment card details.
• Support communications — messages you send to support or feedback channels.
• Settings and preferences — language, content preferences, and other configurations within the Bot.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage data — commands used, generation requests, timestamps, frequency of use, features used, error logs.
• Technical data — Bot version, session identifiers, and diagnostic information used to maintain service reliability.
• Credit and billing activity — credit balance, credit usage per session, transaction history (amounts, dates, plan type).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Operate and deliver the Bot's core features (image generation, video, face swap, character training).
• Process payments, manage credit balances, and issue receipts.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and content policies, including age verification requirements.
• Respond to support requests and resolve technical issues.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited content generation.
• Improve and develop our models, infrastructure, and user experience.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your prompts, reference photos, or trained character models to train shared or public AI models.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• AI model providers — your prompts and media are transmitted to third-party AI inference providers (e.g., Kling, Wan, Nano Banana) solely to generate your requested output. These providers operate under data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own training purposes.
• Payment processors — Stripe, Telegram Payments, and cryptocurrency processors receive the minimum information required to complete transactions.
• Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, storage, and CDN providers used to operate the service, bound by appropriate data protection agreements.
• Law enforcement or regulators — where required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or third parties.
• Agency plan administrators — if you use the Bot through an agency account, the agency administrator may have access to usage statistics and credit consumption for your account. They do not receive your generated content or prompts unless you explicitly share them.

5. Data Retention

• Prompts and generated media — retained for up to 30 days to support re-download and variation requests, then deleted from our servers. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
• Character / LoRA models — retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
• Transaction records — retained for 7 years in accordance with financial record-keeping obligations.
• Usage logs — retained for up to 12 months for fraud detection and service improvement, then anonymised or deleted.
• Support communications — retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

7. Adult Content & Age Verification

The Bot may generate explicit adult/NSFW content on Creator plans and above. By activating NSFW features you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if we have reason to believe this requirement has been violated.

We do not generate content that depicts minors in a sexual context, non-consensual deepfakes of identifiable real individuals, or any other content that is illegal under applicable law. Such requests are refused, flagged, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest for all stored data.
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
• Regular security reviews and penetration testing.
• Incident response procedures with breach notification within 72 hours to affected users where required by law.

9. Cookies & Tracking

The Bot itself (operating within Telegram) does not use cookies. Our website uses essential cookies for session management and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner on the website.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions made by the relevant authority.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via a message in the Bot and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bot after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
